We had our house listed with another agent for a number of months with very little activity. With the holidays fast approaching and real estate activity cooling , we decided to list with another agent. During the showing of our house, Shaunna was the only real estate agent to send us a note thanking us for opening up our home to her clients. She stated that our house was not a good fit for her clients but she would keep our house in mind for furture clients. We felt that an agent which showed such thoughtfullness and professionalism woud make a good listing agent.We met with Shaunna on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. She discussed her stratagy for selling our home and took photos to share with her stager. The following Monday morning we received a comprehensive listing of stageing recommendations developed by Shaunna and her stager. The Wednesday following Thanksgiving the stagers and her furniture movers arrived and restaged our home. Thusday the photographer arrived to take new photos of the house. On Friday our house was placed back on the market. Saturday we have a number of buyers view the house which resulted in multiple offers. The following week we accepted a full price offer for our house.We could not be more pleased with Shaunna's knowledge of the real estage market, her professionalism and the expedited fashion that she and the tallented team that she had assembled came toghether to sell our home.

Tracy helped us every step of the way selling our house in Cicero, Illinois and buy our new house in Chicago. She told us how to make our house appealing to prospective buyers. She had a professional photographer take picture for online viewing, which by the way is where the eventual buyer first saw our house before she came in person.She sold our house so fast that we had to ask buyer to delay closing so we could get our new house ready. Tracy also got us a great deal on our new home in Chicago.We couldn't recommend anyone better than Tracy, whether buying or selling a house.

My husband and I worked with Tracy as we sold our home in Brookfield, IL to move to North Carolina. Tracy was beyond friendly, professional and fair. She sat with us and reviewed step-by-step the sales process, ensuring we were very comfortable as we underwent such a life-changing decision. Although Baird & Warner does not have offices where we were moving, she was able to match us with another amazing realtor in our new state. Tracy met with us to tour other homes in Brookfield to see what was on the market and look at the competition. She then completed an assessment of our home, providing excellent suggestions for improvement to make the biggest impact for a quick sale. The final few days before going to market, she literally helped us stage our home. Our home looked so amazing after her recommendations, we were able to increase the asking price by $10,000 and it sold after only 3 days on the market !! We are truly grateful for all of Tracy's hard work and input, we would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Chicagoland area - and we have !

Anyone looking to buy a house will tell you how stressful it can be. When my wife and I were searching for our first home we had plenty of questions and concerns.
