Shaunna was impressive during our first meeting. Well prepared, knowledgeable and informed us of all the services she would provide. She guided us through options to either invest some money to update parts of our Mom's house or do less and she presented how she saw each approach impacting the sales price. Throughout the entire process she helped us make good, well-informed decisions along the way. Once we decided to move forward with the option to update parts of the home and remodel the kitchen, Shaunna met with contractors/painters on our behalf. She identified and coordinated reliable, skilled resources to update our Mom's house to make it more appealing to buyers. She and Tracy oversaw the remodel work and made the process very easy for me as the seller. On top of all that, Shaunna's communication was great while she led us through the whole process with professionalism and kindness. Shauna's efforts, and those of the team she pulled together for us, and everything they did for us went far above and beyond our expectations. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have found Shaunna - she is exceptional!
