We had our house listed with another agent for a number of months with very little activity. With the holidays fast approaching and real estate activity cooling , we decided to list with another agent. During the showing of our house, Shaunna was the only real estate agent to send us a note thanking us for opening up our home to her clients. She stated that our house was not a good fit for her clients but she would keep our house in mind for furture clients. We felt that an agent which showed such thoughtfullness and professionalism woud make a good listing agent.We met with Shaunna on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. She discussed her stratagy for selling our home and took photos to share with her stager. The following Monday morning we received a comprehensive listing of stageing recommendations developed by Shaunna and her stager. The Wednesday following Thanksgiving the stagers and her furniture movers arrived and restaged our home. Thusday the photographer arrived to take new photos of the house. On Friday our house was placed back on the market. Saturday we have a number of buyers view the house which resulted in multiple offers. The following week we accepted a full price offer for our house.We could not be more pleased with Shaunna's knowledge of the real estage market, her professionalism and the expedited fashion that she and the tallented team that she had assembled came toghether to sell our home.
