Where do I start -Shaunna and Tracy are simply the best at what they do. They are professional, honest, great communicators and they are masters of their craft. They don't try to sugarcoat or placate you-they tell it like it is, even if it might be hard to hear. Shaunna is a great leader-detail oriented and she covers all the bases to make sure all that needs to get done actually gets done. Overall, a great experience-I feel sorry for their competitors.
